Pat is so professional and kind. He took care of my mom’s hearing needs and followed up to make sure she was benefiting from her aides. Also, he has contacted us on more than one occasion to see if she needed any adjustments or a cleaning instead of waiting for us to reach out. Last month my mom left her charger at my sister’s (four hours away) and he had us one at a super reasonable price within three days! That was faster than USPS or UPS could get her original charger from Greenwood.
